The US-based manufacturer of battery systems and backup generators Briggs & Stratton Energy Solutions has announced a new lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery package that includes a battery, a 6 kW inverter, and a control system.

A battery, an inverter, and a control system are all included in the battery kits. According to the US manufacturer, the storage systems have an 80% depth of discharge and a lifespan of over 10,000 cycles.

The company’s SimpliPHI and AmpliPHI battery technologies are used in all of the packages, and the firm claims that they can be readily expanded to enhance capacity to 299 kWh per system.

The business added that the new goods were developed and put together in the USA.
