The manufacturer of smart panels, Lumin, stated that the Tesla Powerwall line of home batteries can now read and react to the status of charge of the Lumin Smart Panel. This covers the batteries for Powerwall+, Powerwall 2, and Powerwall 3.
Products from Lumin have always worked with all load centres, inverters, and batteries, including Powerwall. With the help of this most recent integration, backup runtime may be increased through intelligent energy optimisation dependent on the battery’s level of charge. Based on the priorities set by the homeowner, Lumin automatically reduces less critical loads as the battery drains by monitoring the battery’s level of charge.
