Tesla Inverters having coolant leaks

I am seeing online posts in forum from people reporting having coolant leaks in their tesla inverters. I think the posts are around the last 12 months period. Can anyone tell me if this is a common issue with tesla inverters or has this already been resolved?
Yes, the same coolant leakage issue happens to one of our installations. As per Tesla, they have received a few complaints about it. We have opened a service ticket with Tesla to resolve the issue.
